To organize all activities, the Center has three Divisions: the Research Division, the Innovation Division and the Continuous Education and Dissemination Division. Each of them has a Coordinator, responsible for the general objectives of his Division. The Center is managed by an Executive Directory, composed by Director and Deputy Director. Both Directors and the Coordinators are responsible for the guiding lines of the Center, defining programs and taking all necessary actions to maintain the structure of the Center and warrant execution of the projects according to previously established goals. Each Division is further divided in Sectors, each of which supervised by a Responsible Researcher. The chart above depicts the organization of the Center.

In view of the inter-institutional character of the Center, operating in four different campi – USP, UNESP, IPEN and UFSCar (headquarters), an internet site (the Center’s homepage) will be used to permanently link laboratories, researchers and students, a fast and convenient solution for quotidian communications.

Subsequent charts show in details all Sectors on each Division, exhibiting also all researchers participating on projects of the Sector. The first name on each Sector is the Responsible Researcher.
